Private internal operations application for EngraveSPot and affiliated shops operated by the same business.

APPLICATION OVERVIEW
Workshop Inventory Manager helps our business consolidate and manage authorized shop operations across our own Etsy seller accounts. The application supports order review, sold-item variation processing, physical inventory, purchasing, production workflow, fulfillment status, listing review, and authorized listing updates.

The application is not offered or sold to the general public. Access is limited to the business owner and authorized employees. Every Etsy shop connection is created through Etsy OAuth by an authorized account owner.

HOW ETSY DATA IS USED
• Import orders and selected sold-item variations for fulfillment and production.
• Match ordered variations to physical inventory.
• Maintain inventory reservations and purchasing requirements.
• Review listing information and submit owner-approved listing updates.
• Monitor synchronization and fulfillment status across authorized shops.

We request only the OAuth permissions required for these operational functions. We do not request or store Etsy passwords, scrape Etsy pages, sell Etsy member data, or use member data for advertising.

PRIVACY
Order, listing, shop, and customer information received through the Etsy API is used only for order fulfillment, customer-requested personalization, inventory control, production, purchasing, listing maintenance, and related internal business operations. Access is restricted to the owner and authorized staff.

We do not sell Etsy member information or share it with unrelated third parties. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for business operations, accounting, order support, legal obligations, and security. Questions or data requests may be sent to tsikaliukvladimir@gmail.com.

APPLICATION TERMS
Use of Workshop Inventory Manager is restricted to EngraveSPot, affiliated shops owned or operated by the same business, and authorized employees. Users must use the application only for legitimate shop operations and in compliance with Etsy policies, applicable laws, and intellectual-property rights. API credentials and access must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
